I think you mean institutions sold short that amount of stock or close to it. You know the guys who can short this kind of thing.
Its debateable right but you have one pile of retail bag holders here who got hooped on a story that ended up being what it is with people from all sides of business showing just how unscrupulous they are....for some how they continue to be so.
