The properties are divided into three categories: office, retail, and industrial. DZ, you have lost all credibility imo. 

I understand im not well liked on here but there are plenty of boards that do appreciate what I have to say. I may be the only person that said Reits would struggle after a BOC cut. I am not convinced that we have seen the bottom and will have no problems coming forward if I happen to be wrong about it. 

 

Nobody on here cares about what you have to say unless they say something THEY want to hear. Once in a while it pays to stay quiet and listen to an alternative viewpoint from an outsider that does NOT own any shares. He may know just as much about the company than you may give him any credit for.
