RE:RE:3 days since Claudia's articleI honestly can't remember a situation where a public company has had such a material event occur, and the company didn't issue some kind of news release after 3 days.

I realise it is a complicated mess, and the lawyers no doubt have asked for some time to figure out the best wording, but the judgement is pretty clear, and 3 days should have been more than enough.
