RE:RE:RE:RE:RE:RE:RE:3 days since Claudia's articleI never said water district would ,  but it seems like it is best thing for Grb to do .  Grb simply can not afford not to build sage ranch after all the time and money have spent , not just that also to Grb's reputation and relationships with all the big shareholders behind it .  
So it is possible Grb would on his knees and come up an offer that WD can't refuse.  Whatever nasty things that was said , still money and interests are always matter, It turn friends to enemies and enemies to friends ..  and besides it was said before that WD dosent against sage ranch or grb , only want to limit city's approval after sage ranch , and also that WD wanted to settle the case with only paying their legal fee.. obviously now under different circumstances it is not the same, but with a better offer it just still may .
