So it is possible Grb would on his knees and come up an offer that WD can't refuse.  Whatever nasty things that was said , still money and interests are always matter, It turn friends to enemies and enemies to friends ..  and besides it was said before that WD dosent against sage ranch or grb , only want to limit city's approval after sage ranch , and also that WD wanted to settle the case with only paying their legal fee.. obviously now under different circumstances it is not the same, but with a better offer it just still may .

That is a whole lot of hopium, but the reality is their EIA is DOA, and that is a very big problem.

I am not saying that Sage won't be built, in some form, but there are a lot of things that have to come first. GRB's biggest problem right now is money, as they have many months of work ahead and no cash to do it. That can be solved with more dilution, so it isn't unsurmountable.

The judge said that the city's EIA had all kinds of bad assumptions, and if the city wants to grow like it wants, they need to find not just the water for Sage, but a whole bunch more. So do they give Sage preferential treatment at the expense of future development? Maybe, maybe not.

But it is the weekend, and it looks like GRB isn't going to say anything until Monday, at the earliest, so may as well just wait to see what they come up with. Maybe their is another rabbit in the hat?
