GOT SOME INSIGHTS FROM A REIT CEO

GOT SOME INSIGHTS FROM A REIT CEO-REITS FFO growth is expected to be flat or negative, so there is not money coming into the sector due to this.

-The slowdown with economy and macro is overblown and most reits will only see a small dip in NOI as a result

-The capital gains hike has created a big flow of capital to beat the 66% rate, or indirect to facilitate debt repayment or redeploy capital in the volaitility)-  I think this is what me and scrooge mc duck were missing, the second order effects

-Expects private equity to be more aggrgessive with M & A in 2024 cause rates are coming down

-multi-resdential in US becoming attractive, as blackstone is doing some buying now
