Artis REIT's portfolio comprises properties located in Central and Western Canada and select markets throughout the United States, including regions such as Alberta, British Columbia, Manitoba, Ontario, Saskatchewan, Arizona, Minnesota, Colorado, New York, and Wisconsin. The properties are divided into three categories: office, retail, and industrial. The industrial properties account for most of the portfolio, followed by the office properties and the retail properties.

Another thing I forgot to address (my apologies to the board for wasting time here). You could not be more wrong and nothing further from the truth when you suggest that I don't like when someone doesn't agree with my opinion. In fact, I very very much appreciate to hear opposing points of view. It helps us all learn. Personally, I tend to study the bear case a fair bit more than anything. I typically know the bull theasis at most given times so more prudent to observe and learn the bear case to see what if anything is being missed or at the very least to understand what to look out for and safeguard against. To suggest other wise is more nonsense. YOU now on the otherhand, even when you are proven wrong you nearly go wild with the rants and insults as you just did again, as if you are the be all and end all authority on things. That is why no one pays a lot of attention to you TJ. Keep up the good work!
