(1). You mean to tell me that BONE announce the results of a PP 5 days before its termination date?!?! Check the dates: June 7th vd June 12th.
(2) BONE made the same type of PP offering not too long ago, when it closed they released this NR "

Boron One Announces Successful Closing of Early Warrant Exercise Incentive Program".

In contrast, when the recent PP closed on June 7, 2024,, BONE release the following NR

"Boron One Announces Closing of Financing"

(3). The wording of both NRs is also way different with one refered to as a non-brokered Private Placement and the other a warrant exercise incentive program.
