RE:QuestionIf he doesn't do at least something personally to ensure the company announces some money coming in from Drosrite, you can question his commitment to the cause, and his belief in the company's longevity.

Remember, his son is the CEO and sole shareholder of Drosrite.

If he doesn't do anything at all, the market will interpret as meaning he decided not to throw good money after bad.
