Nevada Copper Corp is a Canada-based mining company. The Company is engaged in the development, operation, and exploration of its copper project (the Project) at its Pumpkin Hollow Property (the Property) in Western Nevada, United States of America. Patch. I dont really understand the function of the stalking horse provisions, so will google it sometime.

In a perfect world the bid will reflect NPV or better.

But we can also consider that there will be no good bids.
