Let me chime in here. A recession sounds scary but canada is likely in one now and really depends how steep and ugly it gets. If bonds rally bringing US 10 year to 3.5% and reits sell off from where they are now they'll yield 8 to 11%. Historically this huge spread won't last very long unless it's truly a hard landing. Central banks should pick up smoke signals before it Happens unless they're incompetent
