RE:Food for thought They in fact would have to announce the receipt of funds kjs.

A payment towards an account that's been in arrears for 3 years would definitely qualify as a material event.

Why would they delay such news anyway, other than to avoid the potentially bad optics of releasing positive news while the trust was selling shares?
