So what is being restructured??  My guess is still ug crusher commissioning and backfill piping.

The mill at nameplate will b worth much more than at idle.

The stalking horse bid will have to b high enough to b acceptable by debtors and majore sh.

They will no doubt not b the buyer and just get well paid for there efforts. Perhaps it is Elliot.

Once a bid is submitted, it is stone like. They have to front a large nonrefundable deposit upon being the successful bidder. So only serious entities will bid.

If u want the asset, u must bid high enough. Not like a hostile offer, where u can keep upping it.

At the end of Sept. bidding is closed. If there is more than one bid at roughly the same price, it goes to another auction for one day.

This is a large and complicated process.  I suspect halt will b ceased when bidding is opened.

The big corps. have many subsidiaries. So initial bid will b not far from stalking horse.

They can then up bids though there affiliates. The general consensus is that copper will be very high by close.

So ma and pops will sell as progress is made.

I suspect there will b competing bids at end and pala and friends will wait till then.

Why let the facts get in the way of yet another Snuffleofagus yarn? No, dems facts too pesky. He lives in his own fantasyland. Dude still thinks he's going to make money off of this debacle. Only a select few in this world can continuously get everything wrong. In this regard, snuggles is in that select group.
