Victoria Gold Corp VITFF

Victoria Gold Corp. is a gold mining company. The Company’s flagship asset is its 100% owned Dublin Gulch property, which hosts the Eagle, Olive and Raven gold deposits along with numerous targets along the Potato Hills Trend including Nugget, Lynx and Rex Peso. Dublin Gulch is situated in the central Yukon, Canada, approximately 375 kilometers (km) north of the capital city of Whitehorse. The property covers an area of approximately 555 square kilometers and is the site of the Company's Eagle and Olive Gold Deposits. It also holds a suite of other development and exploration properties in the Yukon, including Brewery Creek, Clear Creek, Gold Dome and Grew Creek. The Eagle West target area lies as close as 500 meters northwest of the main Eagle Gold Deposit and hosts the exposures of the granodiorite. The Raven target is located at the contact zone at the extreme southeastern portion of the Nugget Stock. The Brewery Creek Project is a past producing heap leach gold mining operation.

RE:RE:!!!!! CRAZY !!!!!!

RE:RE:!!!!! CRAZY !!!!!!Here's another video from the VGCX website that shows the whole mining site and from what I can see the collapsed area is a pretty small area by comparison and although adjacent to the Recovery Plant seems to have missed the plant.  And it's hard to tell exactly but it seems if it did catch some of the overland conveyor system it should be a fairly short section of it.

The closing bids and asks are down to about $3.27 at the close but there's only about 40K shares on either side of that so it appears that the shorters are hoping to take advantage of the lack of news from the company about this event.    I'm certainly not selling based on what I know at this point but have no doubt there will be some VGCX shareholders that will go into panick mode and dump their shares as soon as the halt is lifted and others that will try to capitalize on any sell off opportunity.

Anyway, I highly dount VGCX is going under because of this collapse.  It'll be interesting to see how VGCX management explains this one and what this little mishap is going to cost us.
