Taking over North America without proper management in place may prove troublesome, especially when interviewees ask, during the interview process, how successful the European "arm" was. Like, what do I have to build out on? Oh, we are in the process of selling the European part for as much as we can get; and, oh, btw, it may take 5 months, we don't have much money, and our share price reflects our success.
