RE:1studentyouknowwhat,

$0.26 to $0.35 is doable for Syrah Respurces share price.

It's happened before and wil likely do so again during the interim period.
The problem with the graphite mining and integrated SPCG anode component material manufacturing companies is clear, i.e. any kind and quality of north American based companies are nowhere close to being in favor with equities investments market participants.

Alas, what Imerys SA principals would tell you is that there is simply not enough profit to be had, especially after considering all the expenses involved, from operating a graphite mine which is nearest to entirely depleted.
We know that Imerys SA went on to develop that first Lithium project within Europe, France.
It's likely the case that Imerys SA principals unofficially gifted, as a parting bonus, the Lac des Illes asset and the Namibia assets to Hugues Jacquemin and told him he can keep what he kills whilst leveraging said assets with Greggory Bowes ET AL.
Imagine that? A company CEO, who does not own many NGC.V shares, controlling everything about exactly how the Lac des Illes asset and the Namibia assets are "leveraged", so as to go about "shystering" the equities investors market participants until the final demise of this TSX-V listed equities issuer.
I don't care if you dump your NGC.V shares or not. Our respective monies placed here with NGC.V have been lost.

I guess you would be waiting for the coming massive and material dilution to nearest to completely annihilate your NGC.V equity investmet value before dumping.
I wrote this company off and so too did the equities investment community at large.
Hugues Jacquemin ET AL can't raise any capital without giving away the farm. Everybody and their cousins know this.
Northern Graphite Corporation is "a dead company being slow walked", so to speak.
CCAA proceedings could be in the cards. It's possibly how the final shifting, shuffling and dealing away to privately sought out parties would ultimately be facilitated.
