I've found over the years , one of the best ways to start a conversation with a company is to ask them a simple yes/no question.

Here's what I sent today to the email you provided above.

"As one of your investors , I’d like to know if there is a certification process that your GEM steam traps have to go through due to them being used in nuclear power plants?"

This is not what somebody referred to as "operational data".

If anything, I think this is a question the company would like shareholders to  know to prevent inflated hopes among their shareholder base.

I have tried asking this question before and not gotten a reply ; what's the definition of insanity?

There are a few companies where I would get a reply in a day , sometimes in minutes. I will let people know when I get an answer.
