Agreed, if you are making a statement such as "The City already bought a 175AF" you should be doing two things.
1. Checking to see that the statement was indeed factual (before posting).
2. Back it up with an actual quote/document/link or where it can at least be found.


I checked the council meeting minutes and the financial statement, and I didn't see any mention of the 175 acre feet of water purchase.

That is why I asked Dearlol for a link. Apparently he didn't have it.
