You think it's a takeover? It would be weird to announce it in market hours without a press release. I'm guessing they're going to announce that Fund III closed, or is close to closing.

Brutal if it leaked though, amateur hour. No chance the regulators would do anything about it either.

Two big blocks of 200,000 shares at the open at arond $2.41.
