It has developed and patented its own growing towers in Canada, the United States, Colombia and Aruba.

Affinor sees BCSC dismiss misrepresentation allegations

BCSC ALLEGATIONS DISMISSED

A panel of the British Columbia Securities Commission (BCSC) has dismissed allegations that Affinor Growers Inc. had previously made misrepresentations in two news releases in 2018. The BCSC has also dismissed allegations against Nicholas Brusatore, the company's chief executive officer, as well as the company's former chief financial officer and a former director.
