No blackout period means no big news releases are coming anytime soon.

Doesn't matter that Paul sold to address the changes to Canadian capital gains taxes. What Paul did is tell the market that there is nothing about to be announced. If there was, Paul would be restriced from trading based on insider information rules.

Well that just destroyed hopes for a share price rebound in July.
