After starting his career as a junior with PricewaterhouseCoopers in 1993, Ernest Cleave couldn’t hold a steady job (an average of 2 or 3 years per place of employment) for 20 years until he was hired as CFO at Largo when the Maracas mine was still under construction on Sept 3 2013. He resigned after about 10 years and 9 months.
