No volume, no share price increase

No volume, no share price increaseThis is unbelievalbe - I just don't get it. A great news release, and nothing. Lots of small trades from our friends at Morgan Stanley keeping our share price where they want it. Heck, Evolv is up almost 7% so far today on our good news.
