How much $ in the till. Do they have a line of credit or a bank loan to draw on?

Those purchases of water rights from insiders are non refundable so that's all money down the drain it looks like

I never had any hope for Sage not because of water, but becuse of 8 or more other individual reasons.

I wonder what Chris Harvey is making of all this?
