Artis Real Estate Investment Trust is an unincorporated closed-end REIT based in Canada. Artis REIT's portfolio comprises properties located in Central and Western Canada and select markets throughout the United States, including regions such as Alberta, British Columbia, Manitoba, Ontario, Saskatchewan, Arizona, Minnesota, Colorado, New York, and Wisconsin. The properties are divided into three categories: office, retail, and industrial. The industrial properties account for most of the portfolio, followed by the office properties and the retail properties.

Thats a very weak answer. You have no idea what you are talking about. They said the same thing last year regarding shelter and that it would come down. Boy were they proven wrong. Rents never did come down and there is a strong argument to be made why that's not been the case. I will not get into the reason why because you wouldn't get it anyway. I don't want to educate you anymore. I'm done with you.
