RE:Greenbriar Water Rights

RE:Greenbriar Water Rights

That is at least in the last ten days, which the maximum allowable days before it requires the water rights to be registered.
You would think that this is one of those "tiny" items that should be already addressed.

They apparently don't have much faith in the project going forward. Of course if I were them, I wouldn't give up my water rights either until everything else was in place. Kindof a Catch 22.

But Ronnie Strasser is smiling, as he got $1,376,556, or almost $12,000 per acre foot, just as a DEPOSIT, a non-refundable deposit, for his 115 acre feet of base water rights. So if Sage fails, he gets to keep that money and the water rights as well? Sweet deal for him for sure, not so much for GRB shareholders.

" During the year ended December 31, 2023, the Company entered into an option agreement to purchase up to 115 acre-feet of water rights at USD $29,260 per acre-feet and as part of the agreement paid a $1,376,556 non-refundable deposit. During the period ended March 31, 2024, the Company has not purchased any water rights under this option agreements. "

" The latest report shows additional transfers with the result that, as of March 1, 2023, Greenbriar Capital (U.S.) LLC, held 76 acre-feet; Paul Morris held 76 acre-feet; and Ronnie Strasser held 115 acre-feet of Tehachapi Basin water rights."
