WHOSE FEELING OPTIMISTIC ABOUT NWH?Yeah, you could say it needs rates to go lower as a catalyst for big upside, but even rates going down may still be high, and with FFO/AFFO growth it might just get worse especially given the payout ratio is 100%
I legit hope these guys are disecting the REIT as a means to close the gap,
waiting 3-5 years to get $7-8 back is a not the best investment IMO
