You cant force people to buy up the stock at successivly higher prices when we have constant negativity and chaos in the sector. Look at prv and nxr, massive dividends and no issues operationally , and no bids. As Ive been saying its a momentum and liquidity thing. Once the wall of maturities meets lowr rates the flood gates will open when the clouds part. Its been tough.
