Very true and exactly what I was about to write. Thank you for your confirmation. They did say nearing completion for a reason. That is it. Let me confirm that when SNC did provide an enveloppe to close Eglinton, the REM and Trillium, it gradually went up 150% since.

Departing to Doha and then to Montreal in a few hours.
