RE:RE:RE:Straight From The Horse's Mouthbtb, for those who have been following this one since the Augen / Nexxt Potash / Gensource Capital Corp days more than a decade ago, just curious about your dilution comments as 8 years ago during the Yancoal offtake pitch there was less than 150 million shares, so the shareholders piece of the pie has been diluted 3 fold since that time.
The horizontal selective solution mining cat has jumped completely out of the bag with Western Potashs $250 million facility inability to produce viable potash through this novel technology, so how will that translate to Gensources ability to raise that kind of capital for Tugaske and other projects when Gensources cavern plans often mimicked Westerns?
In order to rely on debt financing there needs to be an comparable equity financing component, which has always been the wrench thrown in the spokes of progress, so as sw248 has mentioned, any deep pocket will likely seek major control of the project through equity, which can change the dynamics considerably.
Would be great to see a new presentation from the corporation on how they plan on tweaking this industry wide science conundrum.
