REIT GURU/INVESTOR

REIT GURU/INVESTORThe only way I see this ending well for  big REIT bag holders is getting 1 or 2 names "M & A" in next 12 months (ie bought out at premium to trading price, like Cominar was), recycling that capital into other  names, then getting Trump in and a faster rate cut environment.

If history is any guide its always going to remain higher for  longer and hawkish central bank cuts, cause this CPI/COST OF LIVING crisis has taken on such a monumental place in the MSM narrative even though its old and boring by now

(fyi no one actually knows what it is, and if ur insureance is going up 40% Y O Y the official rate seems suspicious)
