RE:RE:My theory, and just my opinion. Correct me I'm wrong but the Newmont buyout of GT gold was $3.25 a share not the $8.50 you posted !
Newmont paid $393 million for the 85% they didn't already own indicating GT Gold had 120 million shares outstanding free float.
AMK has 440 million shares outstanding so 43 cents for a deposit without a PEA in a depressed market appears to be fairish value. Obviously 50 cents would be better.
Why wouldn't they buy TUO or bid on them ? who knows maybe they're on the radar but TUO would be a tough buy with so few shares outstanding and buying in the open market would quickly send TUO's shares soaring.
