China Expropriates Critical Mineral

China Expropriates Critical Mineral

There no way over state the importance of this!  Wow!  Look at the statement made by the Chinese Government:

"Rare earths belong to the country and no organisation or individual are allowed to claim them, the State Council said in a statement on its website. The state will take charge of protective mining of the resource, it said. The new rules take effect on October 1."

Translation:

1. We the government OWN all the product.

2.  No one has claim over them... that means your contract for supply over those minerals will be under OUR control and no longer under your perceived contracted "control" or ownership.

What will LG Chem or Samsung do if the Chinese government (the new owners of ALL supply decide to NOT allow graphite to leave the country?

What will GM, Ford, Stellantis, VW, Honda, Toyota... ALL do if they do not play ball with the Chinese Government?

The Chinese Government has now officially given notice to ALL Chinese manufacturers that they are NO LONGER in control of their products.

hold on to your hats!!
