Le chef des finances du Groupe ADF vient d’acheter de petits blocs d’actions du fabricant de structures en acier de Terrebonne apres la vente d’un bloc d’actions d’une valeur de 3,3 millions de dollars par le plus important actionnaire institutionnel. Jean-Franois Boursier a achete un total de 1325 actions les 21 et 25 juin, alors que Marshall-Barwick a vendu un total de 193 400 actions les 13 et 14 juin. La participation de Marshall-Barwick vient ainsi de glisser sous la barre des 10 %. Marshall-Barwick n’est ainsi plus tenu de divulguer ses transactions sur le titre a moins que sa participation repasse a 10 % ou plus.
