if you go back in time, you would see just how much emphasis and credibility was put by the pumpers because of Aubert & Duval involvement. Of course, there was a positive spin on that agreement ending and we don't know why.

What goes around comes around and I dont have any quote to give you but it fell on the newswire this last week of june:
The court has given the claimant Tekna that the patent on titanium powders berlongs to Tekna and not to AP&C.
Please do the DD that is required but this is quite a shock for AP&C and GE.
Should help the future of PYR in Spain and other venures with A&D ;
