Victoria Gold Corp. is a gold mining company. The Company’s flagship asset is its 100% owned Dublin Gulch property, which hosts the Eagle, Olive and Raven gold deposits along with numerous targets along the Potato Hills Trend including Nugget, Lynx and Rex Peso. Dublin Gulch is situated in the central Yukon, Canada, approximately 375 kilometers (km) north of the capital city of Whitehorse. The property covers an area of approximately 555 square kilometers and is the site of the Company's Eagle and Olive Gold Deposits. It also holds a suite of other development and exploration properties in the Yukon, including Brewery Creek, Clear Creek, Gold Dome and Grew Creek. The Eagle West target area lies as close as 500 meters northwest of the main Eagle Gold Deposit and hosts the exposures of the granodiorite. The Raven target is located at the contact zone at the extreme southeastern portion of the Nugget Stock. The Brewery Creek Project is a past producing heap leach gold mining operation.

RE:RE:RE:Da bottom line here is that VGCX caused the damageOK m8magic, so let's assume Vic gold walks.  The $104 million bond is secured by the ounces in inventory on the pad.  But according to some poster last week (actually might have been you), that inventory is likely lost, it ran down the slide, 27 million gallons of solution mentioned I believe it was (again speculation), and who knows where it ended up (again speculation not Fact, at least yet).  So if this is true, do you think the bond company is going to cover this if VG walks?  Or maybe the Yukon Government will pony up for the costs instead?  No, the bond company and YK gov't are going to want VG to pay the bill (again if the damage is massive as is being speculated) and once VG knows what that damage and cost is they will no doubt make that decison.   And the only way VG will be able to fix this and pay will be if they're still in operation and not bankrupt so I guess we'll see.
