RE:RE:Same as 2022Why wouldn't they then just take the necessary steps to take us over now and make a somewhat fair value offer, instead of playing around and try to get those board members out the door? They are just wasting time (which they try to prevent according to your assumptions). 

Could it be that those board members that they want to get rid off stand in their way of a total low ball offer? So be careful what you wish for with a GB as CEO. 

I share the frustration about all those missed opportunities in the past, but I also think hindsight is always 20/20. We have been pointed to the difficult markets  time and time again when the question has beeing raised why our market cap is totally undervalued compared to the peers.  And with the argument of the market being so difficult, I always wonder if those peers are tradiing in different markets. ;-)
