RE:RE:Say what?

RE:RE:Say what?Well dont get me wrong , call me bias , i am just someone want to make few bucks .  But based on what i observed,  maybe not alot people care about my opinion,  but still some people may find ease in this stressful time .

Greenbriar is not a bad company,  we can see grb it is consistent following through the plans , even it takes so long , but Grb never gave it up and still keep pushing it , and getting closer and closer .
Grb have the best team working on their side , such as  Chris harvey,  best water lawyer and alot more .  And we all know there are enough water for the project, can we really blame the delays on Grb because the lawsuit from WD , and the corruption of the government in Puerto Rico?
Ok Grb may get the timeline wrong . But still , based on what i saw i know the city and company and water district are working together,  the lawyer are working day and night, they are fixing the Eir right now . It has been years finally we are getting so close , just dont  lose your faith at this point .
