The properties are divided into three categories: office, retail, and industrial. Hey Frankie, hope you are well also. As it stands, he doesn't control rates, he can say whatever he wishes, then theres reality. His policies will elevate inflation (of course increased spending as well) which will put upward pressure on rates. Numerous scholars and economists have echoed this and I believe what you are now seeing with bonds is a repricing of an increased possibility of Trump win. There has been a lot of chatter to this regard. As far as spending goes I well recognize Dems are out of control, only thing is, he will likely spend even more than Dems, watch. Take care.
