Artis REIT's portfolio comprises properties located in Central and Western Canada and select markets throughout the United States, including regions such as Alberta, British Columbia, Manitoba, Ontario, Saskatchewan, Arizona, Minnesota, Colorado, New York, and Wisconsin. The properties are divided into three categories: office, retail, and industrial. The industrial properties account for most of the portfolio, followed by the office properties and the retail properties.

Not entirely sure you know what you are talking about but you definitely appear not to know what I am speaking of with your analagy of my comment. Has nothing remotely to do with what you said. I was in no way suggesting you disregard costs. It is the O.E R. (owners equivalent rent) is a lacking measure of where inflation is in "real time". As a wannabe economist that is something you should be up to speed on, perhaps you missed that class.

Not sure that methodology is utilized in many other places. I believe they are pretty much approaching target and the Fed would/ should cut September. If it wasn't for run away spending there is not much question they would cut.
