Valuation is an art, there is no perfect art and I am no artist...

However, I have seen from experience, investors dont usually value cash separately form the business in the market. Even though the PNG business will have $10-$11 mil of cash, being a cash flow negative business with limited visibility of return to work, the assets are not worth much. Offcourse any rig deployment news will change things however it has been 4 years of waiting for continous deployment of rigs.

The Canadian business is currently cash flow positive but tiny operations. Market will be waiting to see how cashflows shape up over the next 3-4 quarters.

BDW I dont think you read my post well. I ascribed $12 mil to Team Snubbing. $ 8 mil to the rentals business and the rest is worth about $5 mil in today's dollars.
