RE:RE:RE:Long term effect on share value from a scandelok, lets agree perception matters, but perception is not reality. So perception is driving down share price. I agree Wells Fargo not comparable to TD. TD is cooperating and doing as much as they can to correct problem. Started off fine could be as high as 1b, then it was 2b, then 3b to 4b. 
I'm guessing 1.5b tops, no restrictions. TD will rise soon, majority of analysts seem to agree, atp $86.
Time will tell, we all know nobody knows for sure.
