CEO couldn't issue a press release on closing of Canna Farms along with an explanation of why and what they are doing?    Shareholders have to read it on a message board or from 'another forum'.   

Need any more proof?  

Show me from the FDA website the submissions for the ANDA, NDA, and 505(b)2.
