The only mention Tom Niesler had referencing Sage Ranch was the Judge's order that the EIR be rescinded and all approvals for Sage Ranch be voided.

Or did he actually say, "I'm happy to report that after spending well over a million dollars in legal fees we want to forget about everything and let's get started on Sage Ranch".

Yes, I believe that is what he said.
