With the stock price fluctuating up and down they could be cycling the same shares over and over just to be a thorn on our side.
Could that be the "games" that LB was referring to? Is that even legal?
I can tell with certainty who one of the sellers is from "anon" and that would be our market maker "Integral Wealth. They almost daily over the past years "buy" shares to support the market, and I have only noted from the daily sales that they over the years have sold half a dozen times, and then small amounts.
For example today, they have been on the buy side of 4 trades for 2,000. , and that represents about 10 % of total shares traded today.
They couldnt possibly keep buying shares and never sell some off, otherwise they would have a monster of a position as a major shareholder in Almonty. That is not their role!
That is why they would periodically sell off some of their position thru "ANON". They have to !!
I think some of us are getting muddled up with this wash trading stuff, for which whomever would be involved could go to jail. In addition the Brokerage house could be heavily fined, hence that is why they have compliance officers, who are paid to look for this. They just dont allow it.
If you cant be a believer, try buying and selling a block of say 50,000 shares back and forth and see what happens.
You also might carefully read the NR where Almonty announced they had successfully sold ;off the 10,000,000 shares from Dundee(a convertible debenture) to,as it turns out Pardigm Cap. The NR did not mention any other shares , warrents or options or convertible debt that Dundee might own.
That I think might be the problem.
