Artis REIT's portfolio comprises properties located in Central and Western Canada and select markets throughout the United States, including regions such as Alberta, British Columbia, Manitoba, Ontario, Saskatchewan, Arizona, Minnesota, Colorado, New York, and Wisconsin. The properties are divided into three categories: office, retail, and industrial. The industrial properties account for most of the portfolio, followed by the office properties and the retail properties.

RE:RE:RE:RE:RE:RE:STRATEGIC REVIEWNo suggestions boss; only observations. I have a nice chunk of the prefs as well - nearly half of my position in the commons. I appreciate you sharing your opinion on the possibility of a SIB and what price would entice you to tender. I'll be sure to circle back and ask for an update should we get news on a SIB, rather than beat a speculative idea to death. Have a wonderful day.
