Mitch - I am not defending the company just pointing out your misinformation. Just to clarify more of your misinformation. The class action suit was mostly paid by insurance and funds from ex-employees that were sued. All of the financials during this period were audited and no restatements were done so the financials as presented were valid met BCSc requirements. How do you know the status of any action against White diamond by the company or by the US DOJ as stated in the Reliq disclosure.
