Its wireline products and services comprise data (including Internet access, Internet protocol television (IPTV), cloud-based services and business solutions), voice, and other communication services and products, which are available to its residential, small and medium-sized businesses and large enterprises customers primarily in Ontario, Quebec, the Atlantic provinces and Manitoba. This segment includes its wholesale business, which buys and sells local telephone, long-distance, data, and other services from or to resellers and other carriers.

Either way, it is well played. TRC can/did grab a load of shares below the mini-tender offer. Of course, it is only possible if shareholders are willing to give away their shares, which appears to be the case!

Interesting that TRC tried the same thing March 10, 2017. They offered to purchase 2 million shares for $56. However the share price didn't sell off as it did this time.
