NGC Management....

NGC Management....Tick tock guys...July 5th, all OEM applications need to be in to show a ROBUST plan of how each of them will be 'getting off' Chinese anode over the next two years...yes, it's not gonna happen in two years, we get that.  Unless those OEM's can should contracts that are according to Treasury, 'Robust' they will not qualify for the second half of the IRA rebate...deadline for application submission is July 5th again...how many graphite companies are reasonably in a position to even remotely be in a position to deliver at least in terms of breaking ground, construction etc...how many have the know how, let alone the actual feedstock to qualify for that IRA rebate...

taking all that into account, only one, NGC.  Yes, there are maybe one or two in the US attempting to build small scale anode...nothing commercially tested to scale yet...high capex, small production.  The US needs large scale anode production 200-300k tonnes of anode yearly come 2026...

Hugues, this is your opportunity to close a large scale anode production facility in the US re this election...forget Canada...what a waste of time...the US is where the money, land, and the politics are...we have the only IRA approved feedstock in North America and you have a global list of industry contacts and relationships that can build and operate this size of an undertaking....you resume is what makes you the perfect CEO to make this happen.  Make up for the last two years of zero performance and get this thing done!   If you cannot close now, under these phenomenal macro circumstances, you will never close anything, and thanx for the absolute waste of the last two years.

Make it happen Hugues.  Earn your money.
