RE:NGC Management....Gorilladome47,
There is far too much desperation wafting through the air here with Northern Graphite Corporation.
You asked "how many graphite companies are reasonably in a position to even remotely be in a position to deliver at least in terms of breaking ground, construction etc...how many have the know how, let alone the actual feedstock to qualify for that IRA rebate..."
The favored Canadian champion, in terms of having the Matawine graphite deposit ready to be mined and having the existing 2,000 tpa capacity SPCG anode component material process manufacturing facility and also the far advanced plan to build a 45,000 tpa SPCG anode component material process manufacturing facility at Becancour, is in fact Nouveau Monde Graphite.
We note that all 45,000 tpa of SPCG anode component material to be produced by Nouveau Monde Graphite during 2026 is in fact U.S. "IRA" compliant anode material. GM, Panasonic and at least a third major offtake purchasing customer/partner (perhaps a Japanese or a Korean heavyweight) have chosen their Canadian thoroughbred horse; it's Nouveau Monde Graphite.
Understand that NGC has no proprietary technologies which would allow this company to immediately begin process manufacturing SPCG anode material and having such material validated, qualified and certified for mass scale production by or on behalf of would be offtake purchasing agreement issuing customers and their respective automaker partners.
What's more, any company that does have such proprietary technological capability does not need NGC graphite bad enough to want to expose themselves and their enterprise to a group of clear failures and fakers (fake it until you can't anylonger because you have lost all credibility with the overwhelming majority of equities market participants) here at Northern graphite Corporation.
Even representatives over at Graphex Technologies LLC (John De Maio) clearly understand that Lac des Illes historical graphite reserve is closest to being entirely depleted and the so called "graphite find" supposedly within (deep below) the existing graphite mining pit has not been proven up and likely won't be proven up anytime before 2026, if ever.
Heck, Graphano Energy Ltd is so far advanced in developing it's graphite bearing properties that it's likely Graphano Energy Ltd would be in production sooner than NGC could ever find the capital with which to develop any of the company's other graphite bearing lands assets.
It had been more tha 20 years and Greggory Bowes couldn't bring the Bissett Creek lands into production, failure!
A failure as Chairman of the BOD and a failure merely acting as NGC CEO.
The only thing these "Missionaries On Assignment" do absolutely well is to fail consistently.
You stated ". . . and you have a global list of industry contacts and relationships that can build and operate this size of an undertaking....you resume is what makes you the perfect CEO to make this happen. Make up for the last two years of zero performance and get this thing done! If you cannot close now, under these phenomenal macro circumstances, you will never close anything, and thanx for the absolute waste of the last two years."
You, Gorilladome47, are coming across as to some extent groveling for Hugues Jacquemin. Such behavior is unbecoming.
I say straight back to Belgium (preferably by air mail) with that lying and pompous jack _ _ _ and failure.
